Opera is yet another popular web browser that caches web files and images, and saves cookies (tiny text files that store preferences and other data for a particular site) from all the websites you visit to improve page loading speeds when you return to the same sites.
The problem with cache data and cookies is that they don’t always work as expected. Sometimes this data temporarily stored on your computer can be the reason that websites don’t load correctly on Windows 10. It’ll give you the impression that is something wrong with the site, but it’s actually a problem with the browsing data stored on Opera.
In this guide, you’ll learn the steps to clear the cache and cookies on Opera on your Windows 10 computer, but you can use these steps for other operating system as well.

Once you completed the steps, you’ll notice that sites will take longer to load, but this is a normal behavior as Opera have to re-cache the data again. You may also need to sign-in again to some of your services as a result of deleting the cookies stored in the web browser.
