Windows 10 version 1909 and 1903 get preview update (KB4586819) with a slew of fixes, and here's all you need to know.

Alongside the out-of-band update for the two most recent releases of the operating system, Microsoft is also making available the update KB4586819 as a preview for computers running Windows 10 version 1909 and 1903. This is a “C” update since it became available during the third week of the month, and it’s optional and contains a slew of non-security fixes that are planned to rollout during the next Patch Tuesday release.

In addition to the update KB4586819, the software giant is also releasing previews of the quality fixes and improvements coming for version 1809.
