Then after several weeks, on November 13, 2018, the feature update once again began rolling out, but only to a limited group of supported devices, and now, starting March 28, 2019, almost six months later, Microsoft has updated its Windows 10 release information website (via ZDNet) to note that the October 2019 Update is ready for enterprise deployment.
The news comes just weeks before the company completes the next major refresh, Windows 10 April 2019 Update, which is the update that will eventually replace the October 2018 Update.
