The company is even making available cumulative update (KB3158988) for the latest pre-release of the operating system with some important fixes.

Although build 14342 for PC in the Slow ring doesn’t bring any significant changes, it’ll give an opportunity for Insiders in the Slow ring to check out all the new features coming in the Anniversary Update. It also signals that the operating system is slowly getting stable for the July release.

In addition, Microsoft is releasing a new cumulative update (KB3158988) that fixes an issues closing Microsoft Edge and with extensions. The update also fixes a number of bugs causing blue screen of death.

Microsoft advices users to wait between 30 to 40 minutes to allow the phone to complete the installation or to force reboot the device using the Power + Volume Down buttons combination.

If your computer is enrolled in the Fast ring of updates, you don’t need to do anything else, as you’re running the latest version of Windows 10. Those in the Slow ring build 14342 will arrive soon automatically, but you can always go to Settings > Update & security > Windows Update to force the download.
