Download the missing Surface Laptop Ultra wallpapers for Windows 11

Microsoft’s Surface Laptop Ultra may have more colorful wallpapers beyond the background images previously shared, and you can now download additional designs that have surfaced online.

The new wallpapers feature abstract shapes and flowing curves in vibrant colors, offering a different look from the dark, marbled background and the previously covered colorful blue, purple, and orange design.

The images were shared on Reddit’s Windows 11 community, where users praised the designs and credited the Windows team. However, the original poster said the wallpapers were found elsewhere online and may have come from a retail device. Microsoft hasn’t confirmed the additional designs or announced an official download.

These wallpapers would make a welcome addition to the designs already available to download. Hopefully, Microsoft will make the complete collection available through an official source.

Once you download the file, open Settings > Personalization > Background, select the “Picture” option in the “Personalize your background” setting, and then click the “Browse Photos” button to select the image you want to set as a desktop background. You can use these instructions if you don’t have an activated version of Windows 11.
