Windows 10 update KB4497093 (build 18362.86) releases for version 1903

Microsoft issues update KB4497093 for the Windows 10 May 2019 Update to fix several issues.

Microsoft has now releasing Windows 10 update KB4497093 for devices in the Release Preview ring already running version 1903, May 2019 Update, to address several issues.

KB4497093 bumps the version number to build 18362.86, and according to the company fixes the issue preventing testers on build 18362.53 to install the latest 20H1 update preview.

The quality update also brings improvements for users in Japan or use the OS in Japanese including fixes for the Japanese IME and fixes for date and time issues.

Addresses a problem where Microsoft Store VPN plugin apps might not be able to properly send packets through an established VPN tunnel on an IPv6 only network.

Finally, update KB4497093 fixes the issue causing updating to Windows 10 build 18362 to fail to install with an 0x80242016 error.
